Attributed to Heals - Heals were commisoned by Oxford University to make and design furniture for specific departments in the mid century. Not all of their designs were stamped.
The table was acquired from the library of The Department of Plant Sciences, Oxford which merged in 2022 to become part of the new Department of Biology. 
The table top sits on the base and can easily be removed by 8 screws for easy access through doors and into rooms.
