How much is UK Delivery?
Delivery is included to mainland England, Wales and up to Edinburgh and Glasgow in the North.
Other areas of Scotland incur a small additional fee, please enquire for a quote.
You are also welcome to arrange collection:
Just click pick up / collection at checkout and we will deduct the delivery cost.
How long will my order take to arrive ?
Local and national delivery times are between 3- 7 days.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Delivery will be with two couriers into your ground floor.
Delivery can be arranged to upper floors.
The courier may charge a small additional fee.
Do some areas of the UK take longer for delivery times?
We always make it a priority to get your item to you as swiftly as possible.
If there are access issues with my property what do I need to do?
It's not a problem, just let us know in advance and we will discuss with our courier.
How will the courier get in touch with me ?
Once you have purchased an item we will message you asking for your delivery availability.
The courier company will email you straight away with a delivery date and you will also receive live tracking on the day.
We will also send you the courier info and contact details.
Are all of the items vintage and mid century?
All of the items that we sell at Prior and Pender are antique and vintage and will be clearly described and may show expected signs of age.
We always provide very clear photographs of each product,

Do you offer returns or exchanges ?
We offer a seven day return policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. The return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will then refund you minus the original delivery cost (also where this was included in the price.)
The buyer is responsible for return delivery, minus the initial delivery cost.
