A charming small free standing shelf  imported by Liberty & Co. around the turn of the 20th century.
Hand-carved in Japan exclusively for Liberty, this exquisite piece features intricate floral and foliate motifs delicately hand carved showcasing the craftsmanship and Eastern influence so closely associated with Liberty’s Aesthetic Movement pieces.
Each shelf and upright has numbers on the bottom for reassembly in England by Liberty & Co
