A late 19th-century oak swivel desk chair, often referred to as a banker's or captain's chair.

Material: Solid oak construction with a warm patina.

Features: It features a curved horseshoe-shaped back, carved armrests, a molded wooden saddle seat, and a central revolving mechanism.

Base: The chair stands on a four-legged spider base, supported by porcelain castors.

Historically used in offices and banks during the Victorian and Edwardian eras.
